Caller ID to Bluetooth

SoundAbout has new Caller ID settings built in.  

Even with its own setting,  sending caller id to a Bluetooth headset when the phone is ringing can not happen.  

Android sends a (AT Command) signal to the Bluetooth headset to tell the headset that the phone is ringing.
The headset responds in its own way which is determined by the manufacturer.  While the phone is ringing and the Bluetooth headset is processing the ring notification, no audio can be sent from the phone to the Bluetooth headset.  
The manufacturer can build something into the headset and possibly write an app to do this.  That is the only way it will work.
