If I uninstall SoundAbout, Google Voice works again no problems.

Setup is a Samsung S5 SMG900I running Android 5.0. Has the latest Samsung security update installed. All official software, not rooted.

I can sometimes get Google Voice to find the mic if I tap the mic icon repeatedly in the Google app.

Any suggestions?

I'm trying to catch up on all the email.

There are some recent fixes that may help that issue in the latest Beta Version.

It was just release to Google Play tonight.

You can try it out now by downloading it from here or wait for Google Play to show the new version:
