1) Add Alert/Bluetooth (Mono)/Ringtone/ "BT Ringer Only" setting

2) Fixes for audio not switching after TTS message played. This will help with Bluetooth not disconnecting after playing messages.

3) Fixed code that checks available TTS languages in order to support more TTS Engines. Fixed some code in TTS processing when switching languages.
