Uninstall incomplete Empty Uninstall incomplete

I uninstalled this app, and my phone still screams "new voicemail" even when my sound settings are off. How do I do a complete uninstall to make this stop happening?

I would install it again. Go into settings, Manage Apps, find SoundAbout, click it, then clear cache, clear data, force stop, un-install.
