Still no sound

I have a Samsung Galaxy Wonder and all of a sudden yesterday it stopped making sounds - I have no sound at all. I don't use a headset so it's not that. I've read other threads about the same problem and saw someone posting about your app. I downloaded the app but I still have no sound. I've deselected the wired headset detection but still nothing. Is there anything else in your app I need to be selecting/doing?

All you can really do is try the instructions here and restart the phone afterward:

Also, make sure all volume levels are up and no sound profiles are being used in the phone's settings under "sound".
