Bluetooth Hands free & S3

I can hear the call fine from the hands free kit but I cannot get the mic to work.
I can reverse the problem with the app so no speaker but the mic works but i cannot get both the Mic & the speaker working.
I have tried re- pairing etc etc.
There has to be a fix for this problem.
Any ideas
