1) Fix phone hanging during ring of first phone call.
2) Fix Notification sound issues for phone speaker.
3) Update look of settings screens.
4) Fix Alarms and Notifications not playing after using Bluetooth.
5) Fix preference screen crash (turn white).
6) Try to fix outgoing phone call while using wired headset on Samsung phones.
