odd behavior after a call or reconnecting Bluetooth headset

I have an issue with sound about sending sound to both the phone and the headset after the following conditions.

a phone call is answered/placed
or the Bluetooth headset connected


to fix i have to restart phone, sometimes i have to clear cache/delete data and reset the alerts behavior to adp2 only

i have a Samsung galaxy s5 android 5.0
a lg HBS800 Bluetooth headset

There are some fixes for that in the latest Beta. Restart the phone after installing.

i installed that, seemed to go well until this morning, now when i start soundabout it does the "connected" over and over never stopping... i am uninstalling and going back to the production version

Sorry about that. I was trying to find all the threads that mentioned 2.6.5.7 and missed this one.

I fixed that issue yesterday and the latest version is working now.
