1) Fix so media audio to speaker no longer turns on speakerphone mode. (This will fix a lot of issues)
2) For Bluetooth (mono) (dynamic), Attempt to check if media is paused after a phone call and resume.
3) Fix binding of NotificationListenerService so it doesn't cause crash.
