1] Allow Wifi (Cast) audio to take precedence when turned on. If media audio setting is changed, shut off Wifi audio(Cast).
2] Fixed issue with Ring mode changing to wrong setting.
3] New Wired Microphone widget toggle.
4] New Bluetooth Microphone widget toggle.
5] New USB Microphone widget toggle.
6] Lower priority for Headset, HDMI, USB plug-in detection so it fires later.
7] Support stand-alone TRRS wired microphone with various Audio outputs.
8] Fix dependency issue causing app to not start
