1) Fixed left over problem with some phones crashing when trying to display a dialog on startup.
2) Fix Crash on app start for some rare case scenarios.
3) Fix Crash in Android 2.3.7 and below.
4) Fix Error checking of Notification Listener exists on versions below Android 5.0
