How to play same audio in two sound cards in android.

I have 3 sound cards in custom android4.2 board.

we have fallowing requirement.
1.We need to get two audio outputs at a time (each in one sound card).
2. and need to play same song in two sound card.

I want to know , is this possible in android.
I searched in google and asked in android forum , but not get any help.
Kindly let me know.

or else tell me how to route audio to perticular sound card from app.
