Phone call keeps connecting and disconnecting in quick succession during incoming phone calls.

Phone call keeps connecting and disconnecting in quick succession during incoming phone calls, works fine if I initiate the call. It makes my bluetooth hearing aids unusable for incoming phone calls.
I have the samsung Note 4 (sm-n910v) running lollipop 5.0.1
