Fix issue where SoundAbout thinks a phone call is still occurring after hanging up.
Fixed Notification Interruption settings not being put back due to Alert behavior settings in Android 5.0+.
Fixed Notifications through phone speaker after turn off Bluetooth device.
Fixed speaker muting issue.
