Android 6.0 Marshmellow routing is working.

Fixed switching from Bluetooth A2DP to Bluetooth mono.

Add warning for Android 5+ to allow Notification Access.

Fix for initializing TTS engine.

Fix for crashing when starting up and checking for Mute status.

New "Connectable devices" / "Wired Headset settings" / "Headset disconect audio" setting.
If checked and Media Audio setting is "Wired Headphones" or "Wired Headset", will using (Let App Decide) when headset media device disconnected.
If un-checked and Media Audio setting is "Wired Headphones" or "Wired Headset", audio will go silent if the headset is disconnected.

When "phone call audio" is set to a "Wired Headset" or "Wired Headphones", leave the setting when the headset is un-plugged.
