1] Fixed Notification service causing crash

2] Fix crash issue (check if app has permission for search activity before opening )

3] Fixed audio muting issue (wasn't always unmuting, mostly on older versions of Android).

4] Leave USB input when USB output is disabled. Hopfully, will allow USB microphone to work with other configurations.
