Re: Ringtone default
Are these wired headphones or Bluetooth headphones? You should hear the same thing on wired headphones as you do the phone speaker for ringtones based on a contact.
For Bluetooth, it gets tricky because Bluetooth headphones usually also support phone calls. Any Bluetooth headset that supports phone calls tends to have its own default beep.
There is a thread on that here:

Re: Ringtone default
That's odd. There is no way for an app, like SoundAbout to force an app to send the ringtone that you specified for a contact. This sounds like a feature built on top of Android for that phone. They may have code that is not allowing it to play over a headset. This is strange as I can't think of a reason why.
Does it play correctly over the phone speaker?

Re: Ringtone default
That is really strange. It's as if, when a headset is plugged in, they are turning off the code that reads the ringtone.
Do you have the SoundAbout "Alert behavior" / "Caller Id Alert" turn ON? You don't want that because SoundAbout does read the caller (if in your contact list), by name.
In Android 6, you have to ask the user's permission before accessing the Contact list, right before you try to access it. The user has to OK it once.
You don't have Android 6, so that's not it.

Re: Ringtone default
You said that you set a different Ringtone for each contact.
You said that the phone does not play the ringtones that you set for each contact, when the wired headphones are being used.
Did that problem exist before installing SoundAbout?
SoundAbout only plays the contacts name, when that caller calls you. The ringtones that you set should still be played as the ringtone.

The phone is new I do not know if it's a phone problem. Soundabout it bought it when I was Nexus 4 and it worked . I need when I'm at work to receive notifications only in wired headphones . But when I'm on a scooter is convenient to recognize the caller ringtone , it bothers me to repeat the name of the contact
