Bluetooth Phone Audio not working with Samsung Galaxy S3

Hi, I'm having trouble finding an existing issue report with my exact symptoms. SoundAbout has worked perfectly for me for about a year. About 5 months ago I started having an issue where I could not hear phone call audio through my Bluetooth Samsung WEP460 earpiece. The phone sounds of a new call and hangup work fine through the ear piece. But there is no ringing and I cannot hear the other person. Upgrading to the recent beta fixed the problem for several months. But it started happening again today and installing the beta and rebooting had no effect.

I am working on some Bluetooth issues now.
