Note 3 Visual Voicemail issue

Hi, I have a Verizon Note 3.  I have SoundAbout Pro set up to route everything to my Plantronics Legend headset.  But when I play voicemails they will not play through the headset.  Is there any way to fix that?

No, apps like Visual Voicemail and Google Voice will route audio within their own app. I know with Google voice, you have to choose between speaker and handset. When it on handset, it will detect the wired headset and use it. That's all it will allow. It won't send to Bluetooth mono if it is in use. Media players will, so I don't know why it won't work.
