unknown error code during application install 24

I was having some issues with sending tts to the phone speaker while connecting to my car (for sync). It worked perfectly for about a week and then randomly stopped. My first step was to uninstall/install the app. When I go to install through google play or sideload the app I get the error "unknown error code during application install - 24".
Through some googling I have decided that its a problem with the data soundabout left behind during the uninstall. Others online have said to delete the application's data/data folder, however soundabout is not there.
Where does soundabout store the user profile? Or does anyone out there have a better solution?
