I sent an email to the support address listed on app listing on Google Play but received a canned response telling me to post my issue here. I register for an account but I don't see much support happening. Just looks like a lot of unanswered questions/issues.

Is there no official support for SoundAbout?

I've been fixing some issues that were tough to find the past few weeks and am just getting back to answering emails/messages.

I just uploaded a new Beta version here.
