Galaxy S4 - Problems with Lollipop

Dear Mr. Woods,
I have bought the SoundAbout Pro version in hope that it helps me solve my problems with sound after the latest upgrade to Lollipop on my Samsung Galaxy S4. Unfortunately routing audio to USB during a phone call does not work at all. There is no sound and I have to restart my phone for it to normally function again.
Is it possible to resolve this issue soon ? If it will not be possible to resolve these issues in the near future, then I would kindly ask you for a refund.
