SoundAbout won't launch

Still having the issue, is there an archive to download an older working version?

I'm running version 2.6.7.2 on Android 5.1.1 on a Galaxy S6. Soundabout works great for routing my alerts to my headset, but as soon as I install the Pro Key, Soundabout stops opening.

Before installation I get the nag screen asking to buy the pro version. I click continue and it goes on and opens settings. After Pro key install, the program will not open, nothing happens. I can uninstall the pro key and the program starts working again. I've tried clearing out both programs, uninstalling both and reinstalling Soundabout first then the Pro key, no difference.

I haven't asked for a refund yet from Google, because I like the program and would like to get it to work with the Pro key. I'm even willing to help test a fix.

I would even be happy if the devs could post links to previous working pro key / app versions, the must be on extended holiday

I'm sure they are trying to protect their financial interest by not posting a working key, but really can't speak for them.

I did a clean un-install and install the latest Beta Versions, but even so the program not open.
Before installing the pro key, i can open it.
Running android 4.4.2

More often than not the app won't launch. Worked fine after initial install. Have tried clean inatall and still won't launch. Icon changes colour when pressed and locks out screen from responding until I hit the back key.

I am having the same issue. Just found and installed SoundAbout yesterday. I am running Vanir 6.042616, which is based on CM13, on a Samsung Galaxy S3 and dkp kernel. It solved an issue in CM13 with Bluetooth audio so I was very happy to find it and purchased it. However, I am having the same issue. After I install the Pro key I can't bring up the SoundAbout Main screen - it just is unresponsive until you hit the back key. Once I uninstall the License Key app, it works fine. I have tried everything. Rebooting. Clearing Cache. Clearing dalvik cache. Installing the app, rebooting, installing the pro key, rebooting. Same results.

Since everyone seems to be having this issue, I would guess that this is a fundamental flaw with how the Pro key is interacting with the app. Hopefully, the developers are working on a fix to this.

Tried multiple ways restarting, etc. Even tried the latest beta versions. No luck.

I cleared the logcat before trying to start SoundAbout, Tried to open SA, screen became unresponsive, I hit the back key, and then took the logcat.

I Have the same problem. We need a solution soon because we paid for the pro version. Please help!!!!!

3) Scroll to SoundAbout, and press it.
4) Press clear cache, clear data, force stop.  Un-install.
5) Install the latest version.

Same problem here with a Xiaomi Note Pro. Installing the beta version didn't work: app only launches when pro key is uninstalled.

New versions have just been uploaded to Google play that will address various issues on Android 6+.

You can get them now from the Beta section located here (need a login to the message board). There is also Betas for SoundAbout and SoundAbout Pro.

Hey! Just FYI. Cleared Data. Uninstalled updated version. Rebooted. Installed the new version. Rebooted. Installed the new Pro key. Rebooted. Tried to open SA. Got the same behavior. Frozen screen until I hit the back button. Uninstall Pro Key. SA comes up just fine.

Running Exodus 052416 nightly version.

Got a unknown file type on the 2.6.77 download

I just uploaded 2.6.7.8 for SoundAbout and 1.3.1 for SoundAbout Pro.
