SoundAbout won't launch

I just upgraded to version 2.6.6.7. I have a Droid Razr MAXX HD with Android 4.4.2 on it. Now when I try and launch the application the screen just locks until I press the home button. It's like the app has launched, but is showing a transparent screen instead of the actual screen.

I have the same problem,when i touch the icon it freezes i have to hit the back button on my phone to unfreeze.so i downloaded older version same thing

Having the same problem. Uninstalling doesn't help. Problem seems to be with soundabout pro. When I Uninstalling this it works again. Please fix soon.

Do you all have Android 4.4?

Can you do a clean un-install and install the latest Beta Versions?

1) Go into phone settings
2) Press on apps
3) Scroll to SoundAbout, and press it.
4) Press clear cache, clear data, force stop, then un-install

It now launches for me. I'll keep using it and see if it solves my other issue.

OK, I will release the changes to Google Play.

Still have same issue.

Someone else mentioned that re-downloading from Google Play seemed to work.  I uploaded the fixed version to Google Play.
You may have to clear the cache, un-install and then get it from Google Play, once it updates with the new version.

I already tried that and it still has the same problem. It only happens if SoundAbout Pro is installed.

Does it say License Not found or any other message?

No. It just freezes until I press the home button or previous apps button.

Same problem for me on Huawei Mate 8.

I have tested many version from SoundAbout_2.6.5.9.apk and up. All of them freezez. I have tried clearing data and cache.
I have one titanium backup of 2.6.7.2 from my Note4 and that actually works for a short while. Then freezes again.

Same problem for me Xiaomi Redmi 2, MIUI 7. Problem is with soundabout pro. When I Uninstalling this it works again.

I think it was a problem with a missing dependency.

I just uploaded a new Beta version.

Try installing both SoundAbout and SoundAbout Pro Key both listed in the latest Beta versionhere:

Try clearing everything out for SoundAbout and SoundAbout Pro:
1) Go into phone settings
2) Press on apps
3) Scroll to SoundAbout, and press it.
4) Press clear cache, clear data, force stop. Un-install.
5) Install the latest version from the Beta area.

didn't help. Tried with version 2.6.7.4 and pro 1.3.0

Never mind didn't realize I had to log in.

Same behaviour is exhibited by the beta version posted. Sound About with no pro key opens fine, once pro key is installed the app hangs.

Yep read and tried those instructions before, did them again for good measure, didn't work. Are there old versions of SA available to download its very important this works as I use my phone to DJ at work and need to silence notifications ( and I paid)

Any news?
