Wired microphone (4 pole) and USB audio out possible?

Is it possible to configure SA to do this:

1. Connect a 4 pole wired microphone to the aux/audio port on my LG G3 (supports 4 pole) for voice in during phone calls. Running a rooted LG G3 on MM
2. Audio output to the USB connection.

Note: The microphone is coming through a Sena 20s BT headset that needs to be on, but the BT connection is not active.

I suspect, during a phone call that, using a wired headset microphone will cause android to also want to use a wired 3.5 mm audio output.

I don't know if phone call audio can go through USB. It may as there are USB microphone available and phone call audio requires that the audio input/output are connected to stifle feedback.
