Pixel XL Android 8.0.0 SoundAbout Pro Does Not Start

I purchased SoundAbout Pro. After installing app and also the pro key then restarting the phone when I try opening the app it only shows SoundAbout Pro Key title and a completely white/blank screen below it. It appears that app is unusable. Please advise.

Following the steps below does NOT resolve the issue. Same white screen with SoundAbout Pro key title is displayed and never goes away.
1] Settings->Applications
2] Locate SoundAbout, press it Force Stop and clear cache.
3] Locate SoundAbout Pro, press it and Force Stop and clear cache.
Then reboot to see if that resolves the issue.

I just upgraded to Oreo as well and I seem to have the same problem. I have a Sony Xperia XZ Premium, and as a result of early adoption, not many apps will have had time to update their app to work with 8.0.0, as subtle things might change that prove fatal, like this having wrong links to files. We will just have to wait patiently until the developers get a chance to edit the code.

I just got this app and paid for the pro key and it does nothing !!! Nothing at all. When I open the app I get a blank white screen that says pro key. When I put a widget on my home page and try to engadge it I'm told that an exception with Java has occured. Is this gonna be fixxed ? Or should I just get my money back from Google ? That and I'll write a nice review in the play store to inform anyone who's thinking of buying it not too.

I'm right there with ya on S8. Was just looking to see if there was a response. If they wont fix it, we all need our $3 back.
