Incoming call not notifying correctly on Pixel XL with Soundabout running. Empty Incoming call not notifying correctly on Pixel XL with Soundabout running.

To answer call with Soundabout running I have to unlock phone with fingerprint, swipe down notifications and click answer call.
Without it running and phone locked a screen is shown swipe up to answer or down to reject.
Any ideas?
