Only displays words SoundAbout Pro Key

When I open the app, the word display SoundAbout Pro Key displays by no ability to get to the features of the app. I thought I might be clicking on the key and not the app but that the only thing that is available after I reinstalled

Is this product no longer being supported by the developer? I have the same issue as the OP above and am disappointed that the developer hasn't replied to this post or to the many similar recent posts that I've seen in this forum.
