Settings Reset

Everytime I reboot, the settings I choose for Wired Headset detection is reset. I need it unchecked, and everytime I reboot, it's rechecked. It didn't have this issue before the last update. Is this (new) intentional behavior?
I've tried clearing cache/data, and a reinstall when that didn't work. It still resets.
I have a Samsung Galaxy Nexus, rooted, running android 4.2.2 (CyanogenMod 10.1.3).

Downgrading to version 2.5.7.6 fixes the issue, allowing my setting of wired headset detection off to last through reboots.

Hope this info helps anyone else with this issue, or to hopefully fix it in the next version.

I've just installed the pro version, I'm having the same issue. Downgrading is not a solution available to me. Is there a fix in the works?
Samsung Galaxy 2.7 running icecream sandwich.
