Music player resumes automatically

Hardware: Samsung Galxy Note II
OS: Android 4.3
Application: Built-in Samsung Music Player
Issue: After install soundabout, if I pause the player and it turns on automatically after about 15 minutes.

Are you plugging or unplugging the headset? I did find an issue with the plug and un-plug settings that are in the "Wired Headset behavior" section.
