Hello,

Using SoundAbout as a proxy for TTS I saw the following issue:

1. Set TTS in SoundAbout TSS to "Google".
2. Set Android TTS to SoundAbout.
2. Go to supported languages list in SoundAbout.
3. Not all Google TTS languages are available.

There is no way to choose Russian for example even if this language is installed in Google TTS (version 3.1). It is a problem since Osmand navigation uses SoundAbout TTS language.
