Low speaker volume on phone on Galaxy S4

I have a 2008 Acura TL and a Samsung S4. After installing the app I tried Svoice and could finally hear the response, but the volume is very low. Everything in the Sound settings is turned all the way up.
My car has no Bluetooth audio media, only Bluetooth for phone. Any ideas on how to fix this?
