payment and no pro version Empty payment and no pro version

Hey I payed for the pro version. I have the receipt. It still says I nerd to buy the pro version. What's going on.

Just getting back to email. Been really busy at the regular job.

If the below doesn't work, send an email, using the gmail account used to purchase on Google Play to soundabout@woodslink.net.

Try this:

For Google Play: Go into Settings, Manage Apps, find Google Play, click on Google Play and then click the Clear cache (if available), Clear data (if available), Force Stop. Try opening Google play. You may have to redo a couple settings.


For SoundAbout: Go into Settings, Manage Apps, find SoundAbout (no Pro), click on SoundAbout and then click the Clear cache (if available), Clear data (if available), Force Stop, and then un-install.


Then reboot the phone. If that doesn't work, I can try to refund the old purchase (if it's not too much in the past) and you can just purchase again.
