microphone not working on Lenovo A806 Empty microphone not working on Lenovo A806

Good Morning,
i've a Lenovo A806 smartphone and initially it works well. 2 days ago i used an earphone and then the microphone doesn't work any more.
I've installed Soundabout and disabled wired headset detection. Now i can record sounds, but microphone doesn't work during calls.
Can you help me? If i buy soundabout pro it can solve my problem?

Pro won't make a difference as it is just a key. What version of Android does the phone have?
