wired microphone input (TRRS) jack to bluetooth audio output

I am trying to get my phone to work as Bluetooth audio transmitter in order that I can plug it into the headphone jack on my TV and transmit the audio from the TV to a set to Bluetooth headphones.
The Bluetooth headphones interface with the phone without any issues. My issue is in getting the wired microphone input from the audio jack to transmit over Bluetooth. Is this possible?

No, that would require some kind of buffer app to receive, buffer and then resend the audio.
