Is this Bluetooth setup possible?

I recently purchased a car which has a factory Bluetooth stereo, which I have my phone connected to. The problem is if I am not listening to the Bluetooth "channel" on the stereo, I don't hear notifications or ringtones through my phone because it's routing them to BT.

Will this app allow the ringtone and notifications to pass through to the phone speaker, even when connected via Bluetooth? I think I have the app setup properly, but can't seem to get it to work. Is this a Pro version feature?

Device: Samsung Galaxy S3 (Verizon) running PacMan ROM (4.4.4)

Here's my setup:
SoundAbout Service: ON - No status
Media Audio: Let App Decide
Phone Call Audio: Let App Decide
Alert Behavior:
Bluetooth (A2DP) Behavior: Both set to Phone Speaker and A2DP
Bluetooth (mono) Behavior: Notifications to: Current Phone Setting (there's no option for speaker), Ringtones to: Phone Speaker (with BT ringer)
All other settings stock

I'd gladly purchase the Pro license, if I can get this to work properly.

You can't really send ringtones and notifications over a Bluetooth phone call channel.
