Micrphone from BT to wired headset, microphone from wired headset to BT headset

I try to connect my helmet bluetooth headset with passenger over android phone.
So, passenger use phone and wired headset, I connect my BT helmet headset with passenger phone and communicate, simple

Can you make route like that?

Hmm, for this aplication I need two phones.

In my setup, I have only one phone!

I need when driver speak, phone via bluetooth connection receive and forward to the 3.5mm audio output, and when the passenger speak, phone receive over wire and send through BT connection to driver helmet
