Phantom phone calls

This is a follow up to my previous post re navigation instructions.Since this app has been installed the phone in my car (GMC) keeps showing a call coming in from my own phone that takes over the audio system until I push hang up, ussully has to be repeated twice. AT first I thought this was from the phone trying to send instructions from the navigation app but it turns out this occurs regrdless of what app is running. The phone is a galaxy S3.

I am having the same issue, galaxy S4. When I connect to my car I get a phantom phone call to myself and all of my audio comes out of the phone call with degraded quality. The car won't let me hang up however, and I need to actually call someone before it disconnects and resumes action. I have tried this with every setting the same and Sound About disabled and I don't get the call so I know it is this app.
