Cannot connect Bluetooth headphones with SoundAbout and Android Wear Watch

I recently purchased the new Samsung Gear Live smart wrist watch which runs on the Android Wear Operating System. It connects to my Samsung Galaxy Note 3 cell phone via Bluetooth. Now I cannot connect my Bluetooth headphones (Motorola S305) to my phone anymore when I'm running SoundAbout. The headphones make the connection to Bluetooth and then connect to SoundAbout (I see the activation notification) and then the headphones immediately disconnect. SoundAbout always worked fine before I started using the watch and they I can connect my headphones to he phone if I stop SoundAbout. It probably has something to do with connecting two Bluetooth devices at once. Does anyone else have this problem or a solution?
