Can't make calls on S4

I've been using this app for quite some time. I had to have Verizon ship me a new phone because I could no longer make calls recently . The call screen would initiate but there would be no sound and the person on the other end could not hear anything. I have a Bluetooth stereo for calls and I play music using a headphone jack. Now my new phone is doing the same thing. At this point I don't think it's the phone, I think it's this app. Any ideas?

To rule out SoundAbout, can you go into phone settings, Manage apps, find SoundAbout and click it. Click Clear cache, clear data, force stop and un-install.

Does the phone call still have the same issue?

In the new Beta, if you go into the SoundAbout "Connectable devices" and then "Bluetooth Settings", and then "Phone call behavior", is the "Disable wired audio" setting checked?
