Bluetooth audio on bluetooth connect

I have an HTC Once which does not recognize a wired headset. I am able to manually force audio through the phones 3.5mm plug using your soundabout app 
via the Media auido "Wired Headphones" selection. I would like to know if the ability exists to route the phones media via to bluetooth on a bluetooth connect?
Basically, if the phone detects a bluetooth connection: phone audio is routed via bluetooth. If a bluetooth connection is not detected, the phones audio is routed to the "Wired Headphones".

Which Bluetooth profile are you talking about. Is this a Bluetooth A2DP media device or Bluetooth mono device?
