Web Audio API sounds Empty Web Audio API sounds

Hi -
I thought soundAbout would solve an issue I am having with sounds on Chrome / Andoid:
In Chrome, YouTube sounds play fine through the BT speaker, but when I navigate to a site that uses Web Audio API sounds while I am connected to a bluetooth speaker, the sounds don't play on the phone *or* the BT speaker.

Example Web Audio site:

So I downloaded soundAbout, but even that did not rescue me from this situation. Should it have solved the problem?
