Call audio not connected

I have a case where I have A2DP and call profiles connected. When this is the case and there is an incoming call, audio is not automatically enabled, but only after I switch audio to handset and back to bluetooth. After this both mic and call audio are working correctly.

Any idea if your tool is able support this? I did a trial and current official version did not do any good on this.

Phone is Galaxy Note 3.

Are you connecting the Note 3 to a Bluetooth A2DP device to listen to music before the call comes in? When the call comes in, does the phone call connect to the same Bluetooth device using Bluetooth SCO (mono)?

It sounds like you have to switch the audio setting while in the phone call to get it to work.
