Phone Call Audio

I installed a JL MBT-RX Bluetooth Receiver in my car. It plays music and NAV perfectly, however it is not passing through phone call audio. I played with the trial of SoundAbout, but so far I have had no luck. The phone rings and answers the call directly. I have a Samsung Galaxy S3. I understand that A2DP is a one way audio format; that is ok. I use the phone mic and simply want the phone to pass the call audio through Bluetooth; is this possible?

The Android Policy manager will not allow a Bluetooth phone call to utilize audio output and audio input from different sources.
