Phone call audio to speakerphone while using 3.5mm wired mic

Normally, my 3.5mm cord would connect my phone to my headset, but my headset broke, leaving me with a just a connected microphone. I'd like to use it but transfer the phone call audio to either the phone's earpiece or speakerphone. Would that be possible?
