Phone call Audio isn't routed to BT

Hi

I'm using soundabout trial version on star s7189 without luck
It's running android 4.2.1 not rooted

I successfully connected my clarion car system
Both services are paired A2DP and phone call

I can listen music without problems but I can't manage call properly
When a call is incoming I can answer using car sistem button
I can see call Id on my display as weel I can use car system volume to control BT audio Volume
But audio is still on my phone

I've tried to switch using the proper icon on the dialer but shortly the selected option is rolled back to the phone
Randomly it works properly but as soon I'll use a2dp service phone call will not work anymore
No other apps to manage BT are installed

Soudabout is configured as follow:

Media audio: BT (a2dp)
phone call audio: BT (mono)
BT behavior:
BT auto enalbe (checked)
A2DP media audio usage checked

Can you support me?

Media audio and Phone call audio can both be set to "let app decide" as the Bluetooth connections will be detected.

Does the Bluetooth phone call only have issues after/while you stream audio to the car stereo via Bluetooth A2DP? Does the Car stereo have a feature to update an address book via Bluetooth? Bluetooth A2DP and Bluetooth mono can interfere with each other and the audio policy manager in Android usually shuts off Bluetooth A2DP connections during a phone call.

You are right... I was just trying an agressive configuration

1. yes seems this issue is triggered by the A2DP service
2. no it haven't it's a clarion car stero sistem and worked properly with Iphone

So are you suggesting an Android bug.... in this case:
1. can your app be a workaround?
2. Can I activate logging? (If needed I can install a debug version for this purpose)

I'll have no trouble to buy the app an to make a donation if we can fix it

Does the clarion car system handle phone calls too or does you car have a separate Bluetooth phone system? If the clarion handles Bluetooth phone calls, where is the microphone located?

I made some changes to keep Bluetooth (mono) connected when you remove SoundAbout from the running apps list.

Probably I found the fix... as supposed it's and android bug bluetooth seems working fine with wifi tuned off
Currently with llama i'm switching off wifi as soon my car stero is connected

anyway I'll let you know

Yes, I have heard of WiFi interfering with Bluetooth in some cases.

1 unistall google search
2 switch off wifi

It's nice to have the same issue on a cheap chinese phone
