repeatedly connecting to headset

So I have the PRO version and things were working fine until a few weeks ago... I have an LG G2 and and LG HBS-730 Bluetooth Headset, the headset is connected to the phone just fine no issues if Soundabout is not running, but when it is running Soundabout keeps connecting to the headset, and constantly disconnecting the audio being played due to it.
About the same time that this issue started happening I began having another weird issue that I am not sure if it is related or not, but I will have recorded audio files just start randomly playing whenever I connect something to the headphone jack on my phone.
