Phone "thinks" a headset is plugged

Hi. My phone "thinks" a headset is plugged when it is not. I tried un-check the "Wired Headset detection" setting and restart phone but still my microhpone in phone is not working when I try call by the earpiece. Mic is works well only when I call by the main speaker...
