Route audio input from laptop

Headphone jack is buggered on my laptop running Windows 8.1 -- is there anyway I can use this to get audio to my headphones via my phone (Motorola Moto M 2nd Gen, Android 5.1)?
A similar app is very close to achieving what I need over WiFi but latency slightly too much.

No. This app does audio from Android on a device. It doesn't act as a receiver on the phone.
