Bluetooth headset does not work the microphone

Hello, I purchased the pro version to solve the problem of my phone (Android 5.0) that does not recognize the microphone of my Bluetooth headset. In fact, if I connect the headphones, the phone continues to use his microphone, while the sound plays from the headset. I thought that the pro version could fix it but did not succeed; perhaps accidentally making a wrong setting. I stress that the search language (the one with which I would like to give commands through the headset microphone bluetooth) is Italian.

Does the Bluetooth headset microphone ever work for that phone? Is it able to make phone calls?

If so, is it only failing when trying to do a voice search?

Getting voice searches to work using Bluetooth microphone can be tricky.

My headset (Schuberth SRC) works perfectly when I call. The problem is that it does not work with voice commands. In fact, Google now answers ("I did not understand") I hear from the headset earphones. In other words: the headset is fully functional except for the microphone, which is not activated, remaining active on the mobile phone microphone.
I followed the directions of the link but I can not run the headset microphone. I also tried to use the widget, which recognizes the microphone (it goes from OFF to ON to DETECT) but nothing changes.
With my previous phone (HTC ONE 7 with Android 5.1) everything worked without the need for third-party apps. With the current one (Yotaphone2 with Android 5.0) I have this problem.

Do you use this headset for phone calls?

If the device is not paired as a phone device, the microphone will not work, as mentioned in this thread:

I've had phones, in the past that would not allow a Bluetooth headset to be used unless the phone was in a real phone call. This can be set by various vendors and I've seen different rooted ROMs turn this ability on and off as well.
